As a frequent traveler who commutes between multiple countries, how do you maintain good health and stay in shape despite your demanding schedule?
Maintaining my health while traveling extensively is a top priority for me. I've learned to listen to my body closely and prioritize rest. If I'm feeling extremely tired, I won't hesitate to cancel a trip. A well-rested body is better equipped to fend off viruses and bacteria. I've also built a health routine that includes carrying essential vitamins, infusions, and supplements recommended by doctors I've consulted back in my home country. Adapting to time zone changes, avoiding jet lag, and staying hydrated are crucial. Regular sleep and meals are non-negotiable. These habits not only impact my well-being but also have a direct effect on my business productivity and income.
Does traveling in Business Class help with your well-being?
While flying in Business Class offers certain comforts, fatigue and dehydration can affect anyone regardless of the class. It's important to choose airlines carefully and avoid night flights if sleep quality is compromised. I utilize flight time for focused work and even networking with interesting fellow passengers. Paying attention to airlines' services, airport lounges, and inflight amenities enhances my productivity and organization. I prioritize self-care during travel by using facial masks, applying hydrating creams, and staying hydrated by drinking water, making some stretching directly in the flight, and wearing comfy cloths.
How do you manage climate changes between destinations?
Living on French Riviera has provided me with the advantage of a coastal environment that supports my health by reducing vulnerability to seasonal illnesses. However, when traveling to places with different climates, I stay cautious and prepared. I believe in the saying, "There is no bad weather, only inappropriate clothing." Checking weather forecasts in advance and dressing appropriately are essential. Health always takes precedence over appearance. I'll never sacrifice my well-being for style, regardless of the temperature.
You showcase your training routine frequently on social media. What's your secret to staying fit?
Indeed, I share glimpses of my gym sessions because exercise is integral to my lifestyle. I prioritize hotels with gyms and always pack activewear. Regular exercise keeps me motivated, helps me acclimate to new climates, and mentally prepares me for the day. When I can, I try to have some boxing sessions. It helps to eliminate negative thoughts and brings me a real satisfaction.
The best world restaurants are not mystery to you. Business is also conducted at the dining table or at the official events. How do you approach food while traveling?
Exploring different cuisines is a delight, but I adhere to certain rules. I avoid heavy meals before bedtime and limit alcohol consumption. Occasionally treating myself to exceptional events when I have a free morning is part of the balance. As you know, in order to be efficient in PR industry – you must network, and the networking demand to be around people, going out, inviting and accepting invitations. The Publica Relations means “creating and maintaining relations. The Middle Eastern countries especially rely on human connections and food is a part of that. Also, avoiding spicy or salty foods before flights helps prevent water retention. So, I stick to that rule before getting on a new business trip. Although, while I enjoy dining out, I also cherish my mother's cooking – nothing beats the healthiness of home-cooked meals.
Tell us about your beauty routines during your travels.
True beauty starts from within, reflecting your overall health. I believe in nurturing my body with quality products, proper nutrition, and a positive lifestyle. When you prioritize well-being, your appearance naturally radiates vitality. I focus on energy, dedication, and motivation, which contribute to a healthy and glowing appearance. Some extra routine would combine masks that I care with me and can apply in hotel room before sleep, cures of vitamins and energy boosters such as vitamin D and C.
In conclusion, what are your general secrets for maintaining optimal health with your demanding job?
My approach to maintaining health encompasses several key principles:
- Balanced eating: Avoid heavy meals before flights, limit alcohol intake, and treat yourself occasionally.

- Exercise: Maintain an exercise routine and adapt it to different environments.
