According to the expert, today it is cardiovascular diseases that are the most common cause of death in the world. Therefore, in her opinion, it is important to maintain the health of the entire system.

For example, to strengthen the walls of blood vessels, you need to consume vitamin C. It can be found in foods such as rose hips, sauerkraut, black currants and kiwi. Daily consumption of raw onions and garlic, as well as B vitamins, are excellent for lowering cholesterol levels. The latter are found in legumes, offal and wholemeal bread.
